Dr. Farhana Hussain is a seasoned academic and human resource professional with a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. She also holds an MBA and a graduate degree in Human Resources, complemented by over twelve years of corporate experience in the telecom and banking sectors, where she specialised in strategic HR management and organisational development.
Her academic career spans teaching at leading institutions globally, including the various UK universities that have a partnership with London School of Commerce, the University of London International Programme at Universal College Bangladesh, BRAC University and ZNRF University Bangladesh.

Dr. Hussain’s research interests lie in strategic human resource management, organisational behaviour, and organisational development, areas in which she integrates theoretical frameworks with practical industry insights. She has co-authored papers presented at the International Conference on Sustainable Business Innovation and Corporate Responsibility 2025 and publication at International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research.

Her dual expertise in academia and corporate practice positions her as a valuable contributor to both educational and professional spheres.
