Farhan Fuad is a lecturer in Engineering. Before joining UCB he was a lecturer at the Canadian University of Bangladesh
Farhan Fuad completed his BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) where he was on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. He is currently completing his MSc in Nuclear Power Engineering (NPE) at the Institute of Nuclear Power Engineering, also at BUET. He is familiar with a wide range of software including Quartus, CYME PSAF, PSPICE and Proteus, and is an expert coder in MATLAB, Python and Verilog.
His primary research interests are in rechargeable batteries, power systems and nuclear reactors. He received the “Best Presentation Award” at the 25th International Conference on Computer and Information Technology (ICCIT). He also secured the “2nd Runner-Up” position in the “HackAtom 2022”, organized by the Information Center on Nuclear Energy, Dhaka.
