Naima Zia completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka, achieving the 2nd merit position in her batch. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing, also at the University of Dhaka. Her academic excellence has been recognized with several notable scholarships, including an MAA MGI Scholarship and Tapan Bihari Nag Foundation Scholarship.
She is serving as the General Secretary for the Voice of the Business Club at University of Dhaka, and she has arranged several national-level case competitions. She has also worked with a local welfare association to enhance students’ academic and personal development.
