
Australian MInister Visit to UCBD
Universal College Bangladesh (UCBD) a concern of STS Group was honoured to welcome Julian Hill MP is the Assistant Minister for Citizenship, Customs and Multicultural Affairs, Assistant Minister for International Education, and the Federal Member for the Bruce electorate in the Australian Federal Parliament, Australia, along with his accompanying delegation, Chief of Staff to the Assistant Minister, Cameron Green, First Assistant Secretary Education, Dr Damian Oliver, Home Affairs Regional Director South Asia, Stephen Biddle, Minister-Counsellor Education and Research, George Thiveos for an insightful visit to our campus.
During the visit, the Minister explored UCBD’s academic facilities and gained firsthand insight into our Australian curriculum, which continues to open doors for Bangladeshi students pursuing higher education in Australia. He also engaged directly with our students and faculty members, exchanging thoughts on cross-border education, opportunity, and the future of academic collaboration between the two nations.
From Australian High Commission Bangladesh, Senior Director – Trade & Investment, South Asia, Mr. Mostafizur Rahman, Counsellor, Department of Home Affairs, Reuben Gray was present.




The event was graced by UCBD’s academic and non-academic leadership, reflecting the institution’s collective commitment to global education standards.
