MD. Abu Sayed holds two master’s degrees—an MSc in Biotechnology and an MSc in Biochemistry & Biotechnology—both from North South University, where he achieved exemplary academic performance. Before joining UCB he served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at North South University, as well as a Senior Science Lecturer at Green Leaf International School & College.
MD. Abu Sayed is a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Biotechnology and adjunct lecturer in Biology at UCB. He is involved in cutting-edge microbial biotechnology research on host-pathogen interactions, focusing on molecular, genomics, and bioinformatics tools to explore novel therapeutic solutions. He has contributed to his field through publications in international journals and conferences.
In addition to his academic and research roles, MD. Abu Sayed has also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at GenomeDX Corporation, further demonstrating his versatility and professional experience in the field.
