Md. Sharif Hossain

Md. Sharif Hossain earned a Master’s in Commerce degree from Goa University, India and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from Independent University Bangladesh. Sharif holds a postgraduate MCD in Customs, VAT & Income Tax and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Finance. He holds an “Internal Auditor Training on ISO 9001:2015” certification, and has experience of working with startups in FinTech, HealthTech, IT-enabled services, and business ecosystem building companies. He has also undertaken impactful training programs, including “Impact Measurement & Management” and “Investment Readiness” by Roots of Impact. In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Sharif has been involved in various projects including “ScaleUp Bangladesh” which is funded by International Financial Corporation and “Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights Program” by James P. Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University.
