Saima Rahman is a Monash University graduate having completed her Master of Professional Accounting at Monash University, Melbourne. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Independent University, Dhaka.
Before her current role at UCB, she served as a Senior Lecturer in Business and Accounting at the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT). She is deeply committed to enhancing educational practices and student outcomes.
In addition to her teaching role, Saima is also the Assistant Program Manager at a US-based EdTech company, where she manages externship operations and student success initiatives. Her research interests include accountancy education and sustainable tourism, and she has published in the top tier research journal Springer Nature.
