Ms. Sushama Mahmuda Ananna is a lecturer in Psychology at UCB, and is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Dhaka for the Master of Science degree programme in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is herself a graduate of the University of Dhaka where she completed her BSc and MSc degrees.

Her research interests include the psychology of organizations and the how to improve educational attainment for girls from disadvantaged communities. Alongside her research presentations and papers, she co-authored a wellbeing toolkit for Care Bangladesh.

Ananna also has extensive professional and commercial experience, working as a senior learning and development professional, wellbeing trainer, and project coordinator for several major companies, and as a volunteer for leading international and Bangladeshi NGOs. She has designed and conducted training programmes, workshops and sessions for many prominent organizations like the Sajida Foundation, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, BYLC, and Gain-BD.
