Md. Abdullah Al Mamun is a Senior Lecturer at Universal College Bangladesh (UCBD). Mr. Mamun has twelve years of teaching experience at different private universities in Bangladesh, including Brac University and the Canadian University of Bangladesh. He also taught at the University of Michigan as a Fulbright Scholar in 2018-19. He earned his MA in TESOL from Brac University and was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal. He completed his bachelor’s degree in ELT and Applied Linguistics from the same institution. Mr. Mamun received the prestigious Brac-Ford Scholarship for his undergrad and graduate studies. In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Mamun has been involved in different extracurricular and community service activities. His research papers have been published in national and international journals, and he has presented papers at different international conferences. His research interests include using ICT in language teaching, prospects and challenges of teaching online in Bangladesh, teaching pedagogy, and assessment.
