Selina Jahan completed both her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Department of Organization Strategy and Leadership at the University of Dhaka. She has completed the Certified Training Program (CTP) of the World Youth Alliance Asia Pacific and has been involved in structured training and mentoring activities in Bangladesh.
Ms. Selina served as a Lecturer at Daffodil International University, where she taught the Business Analysis and Communication course. She also held the position of Module Leader for this course, overseeing curriculum delivery, and academic coordination.
Her research interests include operations management and supply chain systems. She is currently working on a paper on emerging technologies in last-mile delivery, focusing on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and environmental sustainability in Bangladesh, and is also interested in HR analytics and business sustainability.
